Rent the Farm!

• Our farm dining room, and orchard are available for a variety of functions!
• Our team is experienced in event planning and execution, and we can help you organize your event, or simply provide a beautiful setting. Examples of events we have hosted include:
  • Full scale weddings for up to 200 guests
  • Intimate smaller weddings or elopements
  • Bridal or baby showers, rehearsal dinners, reunions
  • Networking meetups
  • Workshops
  • Cider and beer tastings
  • Concerts and festivals

We offer the following package rates below for space-rental only. We can also provide event coordination, bartending, and serving, breakdown and setup staffing for $25/hr. ALL rentals include parking and indoor restrooms, but may or may not include access to our commercial kitchen.

Dining Room: Single day rental for a five hour period between 9am-9pm: $500

Dining Room & Commercial Kitchen rental (same hours): $800

Full dining room and kitchen rental for an all day event such as a small wedding, including use of outdoor ceremony space in the orchard: $1,000

Wedding packages: $5,000 for the weekend, including use of the dining room for rehearsal dinner, and orchard for the ceremony and reception, access the day before and after the event for setup and cleanup, coordination with vendors prior to event, welcoming of guests, supervising chair and tent setup (rented separately), and twenty farmhouse tables for reception (seat 6-8), outdoor ceremony space, outdoor reception space, list of recommended vendors, curfew of 11pm.
